INSTRUCTIONS FOR PAYMENT

Each paper will only be accepted for participation in the conference (in the form of an oral presentation, full paper publication in the proceedings, or publication in journals introduced by the conference) if at least one (01) member representing the author group attends. The conference participation fees are specified in the table below:

1. For single author

Conference Fee Payment Information:

­ Transfer Details:

+ Authors who submitted their papers through the ICEF website will receive a unique PID code for each paper. Therefore, please include in the transfer details: PID CODE_ICEF 2024.

+ Authors who submitted their papers via email, please include in the transfer details: AUTHOR'S NAME_ICEF 2024.

+ Authors who did not submit a paper, please indicate in the transfer details: ATTENDANCE ONLY_ICEF2024.

2. For group payment

Please note that:

­ Each participant should be registered separately via the form.

­ Please prepare the following information to fill in the form:

+ the Paper ID(s) (PIDs) if applicable,

+ the number and type of attendees in your group. There are three main types of attendees: HUST faculty/staff (labelled “H”), Non-HUST attendees – Normal attendees (N), and Student attendees (S).

+ the total amount of fee you need to pay.

For each registration, please use the following syntax and include it in the comment for the transaction:

+ If your group has a paper: PID number [type X of attendee] [number of type X attendees]

For example: "PID300 S2 PID400 H1 PID400 N2" means payment for a group of 5 attendees who contribute with PID 300 and 400, in which 2 are student attendees (S2) of PID 300; 1 HUST attendee (H1) and 2 normal attendees (N2) for PID 400.

+ If you are registering for Attendance only, hence no PID, please note “Attendance only” instead of PID number.

For example: Attendance only H3. This means you are paying for 03 HUST faculty/staff to attend the conference without a paper.
