INSTRUCTIONS FOR PAYMENT

Each paper will only be accepted for participation in the conference (in the form of an oral presentation, full paper publication in the proceedings, or publication in journals introduced by the conference) if at least one (01) member representing the author group attends. The conference participation fees are specified in the table below:

2.1. For individual payment (for one author/participant):

• Bank: Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (BIDV)

• Account Number: 12210000803571

• Account Holder: VIEN SU PHAM KY THUAT

• Transfer details:

o Authors who submitted their papers via the ICEF website will receive a unique PID code for each paper. Therefore, please include in the transfer details: PID CODE_ICEF 2025.

o Authors who submitted their papers via email, please include in the transfer details: AUTHOR'S NAME_ICEF 2025.

o Participants who did not submit a paper, please indicate in the transfer details: ATTENDANCEONLY_ICEF 2025.

2.2. For group payments (author groups):

Please note:

• Each participant must be registered individually on a registration form.

• Please prepare the following information to complete the form:

o Paper ID(s) (PID), if applicable

o Type of participants in your group. There are three main types of participants:

• HUST faculty/staff – labeled “H”

• Non-HUST participants – labeled “N”

• Postgraduate and Undergraduate Students – labeled “S”

o Total amount of payment required

For each registration, please use the following format in the bank transfer details:

• If your group has a paper, use the format: PID number [type of participant X] [number of X participants]

Example: "PID300 S2 PID400 H1 PID400 N2" means payment for a group of 5 participants, as follows:

o Paper with PID300 has 2 student authors (S2)

o Paper with PID400 has 1 HUST faculty/staff (H1) and 2 regular participants (N2)

• If registering for attendance only (no paper), please write "ATTENDANCEONLY" instead of a PID number.

Example: “ATTENDANCEONLY H3” means you are making a payment for 03 HUST faculty/staff members to attend the conference without submitting a paper.
