The invitation letter will be issued once the author has completed the conference registration. International delegates can contact the organizing unit/company in their own country to request assistance with obtaining a visa to enter Vietnam.

- September 15, 2024: Full paper submission

- October 15, 2024: Full paper submission after review

- October 20, 2024: Register and pay the conference fee

- November 15, 2024: The conference will take place
