The invitation letter will be issued once the author has completed the conference registration. International delegates can contact the organizing unit/company in their own country to request assistance with obtaining a visa to enter Vietnam.

Completion of registration fees: Before September 05, 2026 (early registration) and before September 25, 2026 (regular registration).
